Wheelworks Exhibition Launch

Cara-Friend LGBTQI+ Youth Belfast took part in an eight-week creative arts programme from January-March, facilitated by Wheelworks. The focus was on representation in media and LGBTQI+ advocacy. The young people were involved in creating art installations that represented their own identity as young LGBTQI+ people.

The exhibition was launched on Thursday, April 14th at an event at Belfast Harbour. The event celebrated the talent and achievement of the young participants who worked in partnership with professional artists to creatively explore issues close to them whilst developing their visual art and photography skills.
